LustroPad Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

  • Seller: LustroPad, registered in the Netherlands
  • Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession
  • Distance contract: a contract concluded using remote communication techniques
  • Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal

Article 3 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between seller and consumer.

Article 4 - The Offer

All offers are without obligation. The seller reserves the right to modify prices and correct errors. Product images are indicative; actual products may differ slightly.

Article 5 - The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set. The seller will confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

For physical products, the consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day of receipt. During this period, the consumer may return the product without stating reasons, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Article 7 - Price and Payment

Prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout. Payment must be made at time of order via the available payment methods.

Article 8 - Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Maximum delivery period is 30 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 9 - Product Liability & Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

LustroPad sells diamond polishing pads as tools for stone surface polishing. These are professional-grade tools that require knowledge and skill to use properly.

THE SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:

  • Any damage to surfaces, materials, or property resulting from use of the products
  • Improper use, incorrect application, or lack of user knowledge/skill
  • Results that do not meet user expectations
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
  • Use of products on unsuitable materials or surfaces

USER RESPONSIBILITY:

  • The user is solely responsible for determining product suitability for their application
  • The user assumes all risk when using the products
  • Testing on an inconspicuous area is strongly recommended before full application
  • Professional training or guidance is recommended for inexperienced users

By purchasing, the consumer acknowledges and accepts that all responsibility for the use of the products and any resulting outcomes lies entirely with the user.

Article 10 - Warranty

Products must conform to the contract and reasonable consumer expectations. Manufacturing defects are covered under EU legal warranty (minimum 2 years). This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or damage caused by the user.

Article 11 - Complaints

Complaints must be reported to the seller within reasonable time. The seller will respond within 14 days.

Article 12 - Disputes
