LustroPad Return Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt

Products Excluded from Return

Used polishing pads cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. Once a pad has been used (wet or applied to a surface), it cannot be resold.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@lustropad.com within 14 days of receipt
  2. Clearly state your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions
  4. Ship the product back securely

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Damage Caused by Use

Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products where the user claims damage to their surfaces or unsatisfactory results. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all responsibility for product use lies with the user. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
